How do I reset my Elite (Air) password? I am having trouble accessing the Elite charting system.

NOTE:  You will need to know the following information to reset your password:

1.  E-mail address

2.  Username

3.  Last Name

You also must have access to your email account to complete the reset password process.

Double check the web address to make sure you are accessing the Elite Web (Air):

If you need to reset your Elite password, please go Elite Web and click on the Forgot Password link.

Enter the information below and click Submit Reset:

The system will send an email with a link to reset your password.
