Work over. . . Not in crew line-up?

Program Directors are now responsible adding crew to agencies.    Please contact the Program Director at the base you are doing a work over and they will get you added. 

After you have been added you will need to sync all resources (Settings/Sync All Resources) so the iPad will see the changes.

If you still cannot access Elite Field or do not show up in the crew line-up please do the following:
1.  Close out of all tabs in Safari.  
2.  Double click the home button and close Safari.  (swipe up)
3.  Do a soft reset on the iPad (hold the home button and power button down at the same time until it turns off)
4.  Once the iPad resets open Elite Field and have your partner login
5.  Do a re-sync of all resources (Settings/Sync all resources)

If the issue is not resolved then you will need to delete history, cache, and cookies.  

Make sure all charts have been posted to Elite Web.

To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
After performing these steps, please log back into Elite Field and do a full resync of resources (Settings/Sync All Resources).
