Error "User not found on this device" in Elite Field when trying to sign in. . . . What do I do?

If you get this error while trying to sign into Elite Field, the iPad is not connected to the internet and a full resync of resources (Settings/Sync All Resources) has not been completed successfully.



Make sure you are connected to "Flight Bag" and a full resync of resources (Settings/Sync All Resources) is completed.   Remember this needs to be done at every shift change to ensure Elite Field has been updated and is ready for charting.
