Who will have access to unlock charts?

GMR Compliance has determined that chart unlocking will be managed by the Clinical Directors of the respective GMR companies. Unlocks will be rare and managed on a case by case basis.  An Addendum will be the primary tool to address missing documentation or chart inaccuracies.
