GMR ImageTrend Support says I have access to my base but I am not showing up. I have a flight what do I do?

Don't worry that you are not in the crew line-up.  Your partner has access and can start the chart.   When you get back to base let GMR ImageTrend Support know and they will figure out why you didn't get added.   Once you have been added to your base you can be added to your incident on the left side under Dispatch in the Unit & Crew Info section.  Scroll down and click the +Add button under Crew Members to be added to the incident.

Please do not list yourself as "Other, Health Care Provider" or "Other, Pre-Hospital Personnel."    The incident has to clearly show two EMS Providers on the flight.  This is required for compliance, billing and reporting to your State EMS office.
