I cannot view paper copy of my incident to proof before I post on the iPad in Elite Field. What do I do?

If you are having issues viewing the paper copy of your incident please do the following:

1.  Make sure the only tab open in Safari is your incident.
2.  Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is Flight Bag.
3.  If you have tried the PDF button and cannot get your chart to appear try the PRINT button
4.  Make sure you use the v4.0 print template
