How do I correct attachments with the incorrect CAD/Incident Number?

In this situation the attachments will not need to be deleted.   Unfortunately an addendum will not suffice.   To correct this issue print out the attachments with the incorrect CAD/Incident number, cross through the incorrect number, write the correct number and initial each one and scan them back in.
