Why is the Aircraft Tail Number and Base Call Sign not correct after I have download my CAD file?

If you select the Aircraft Tail Number and Base Call Sign before you download your CAD file the CAD file will not overwrite the tail number and base call sign you selected:

To correct this issue unselect the Aircraft Tail Number and Base Call Sign:

Reload the current CAD file: 

After reloading the current CAD the Aircraft Tail Number and Base Call Sign will be correct:

NOTE:  If the tail number was corrected by the Communication Center after the aircraft was dispatched then a second CAD File will be created.   You will need to select Download  Other and search for the second CAD File that has the correct tail number.
