My PHNRP has expired and the application is not available. What do I do?

PHNRP is tracked and maintained in the Cornerstone LMS.  Moving forward this credential will not be maintained in the GMR Licensure System. 

The status of your credential will be marked "Not Maintained."   There is no need to submit a ticket.
