We didn't transport the patient but an incident was already created indicating the patient was transported. . . how can it be changed so we can document a non-transport?

If you have already started an incident and indicated on the Summary tab that the patient was transported  ("Yes" for the Transport question and "Treated and Transported by this EMS Unit" for the Disposition) then another incident will need to be created for the non-transport.
