My times are in order at the end but they are red. . . (Validation Error 403)

If your times are in order but they are red starting with Patient Transfer of Care Date/Time,  there is a time in your chart that you indicated the patient did something after your transfer of care time.

Use the search field at the top of the left side to find the time field causing the issue(s):

Last Oral Intake

Date/Time Initial Responder Arrived on Scene

Date/Time of Symptom Onset

Date/Time Decision to Manage the Patient with and Invasive Airway

Date/Time Invasive Airway Placement Attempts Abandonded

Date/Time of Cardiac Arrest

Date/Time Resuscitation Discontinued

In this example we will look for last oral intake:

Click on the blue link and it will take you to the Last Oral Intake field:

The Last Oral Intake date/time is after your transfer of care date.   If this is the only issue then the validation rule will be clear.    If your times are still red you will need to continue down the list until the incorrect time is found and corrected.
