My times are in order but there are validation errors saying we arrived too early. What do I do?

If you see the following Validation Errors there is an entry in your chart before you indicated you either arrived on scene or made contact with your patient.

Make sure your times are correct:

Look at your Timeline and make sure there are no entries PTA with you listed as the person doing the procedure.   All PTA entries must have Other Health Care Provider or Other Pre-Hospital Provider listed not the crew.
