My waveforms from Zoll Cloud are missing. . . what do I do?

You will need to Post your incident (DO NOT MARK FINISH) in Elite Field and re-download the Zoll Cloud Data in your incident using Elite Web.  Please make sure you use Google Chrome on the desktop computer.  

Remember you CANNOT go back to Elite Field once you have touched the incident in Elite Web.
