Prior to Arrival is a required field when Procedure is not blank. . . how do I correct this?

This rule is a NEMSIS requirement.   PTA must be documented on all procedures.   

To correct this you will need to go to the timeline and locate the procedure that is highlighted in red. 

If Prior to Arrival is highlighted in red then you will need provide an answer to clear the validity rule.
