Cannot Post Chart - Validity Error 757 - Vital Signs Min

To satisfy this requirement one set of vital signs including a heart rate must be documented.   This can be satisfied by utilizing Zoll data or manually entering the data in using the  Vital Signs - Routine Power Tool.
