I am a new hire at AEL and cannot locate the INH Medical Personnel Aircraft and Orientation Form. . what do I do?

Below are the steps to find and submit your INH Medical Personnel Aircraft and Orientation Form:

1.  Login to the GMR Licensure System (the link is located under Operations on the AEL Links page https://links.lifeteam.net)

2.  Click Applications

3.  Click Continue

4.  Locate the Application and click Start

5.   Complete the application and submit it.  NOTE:  If the application is not available please email Michael Wildeisen - Michael.Wildeisen@gmr.net
