Chart Status. . . do I need to change it?

 No. . . The system will automatically move the chart status from In Progress to Ready For Billing when the chart is marked finished.   Do not manually move it from In Progress to Ready for Billing.

The only time a crew should change the chart status is after Billing CQI to move it from "RC-VRF - Needs Crew Attention" to "Corrections Completed - Ready for RC-VRF."  

Changing the status from "Auto Locked - Needs to be Finalized" to "In Progress" will not unlock the chart.   This will only delay getting your chart unlocked because the support team is looking for "Auto Locked - Needs to be Finalized" to find the chart that needs unlocked.
