Can I list myself as "Other, Healthcare Provider" or "Other, Pre-Hospital Personnel" if I am not listed in the crew line-up?

Please do not list yourself as "Other, Health Care Provider" or "Other, Pre-Hospital Personnel."    The incident has to clearly show two EMS Providers on the flight.  This is required for compliance, billing and reporting to your State EMS office.   If you have a flight before you can get added your partner can chart and you can be added once you have access to that base.
