Where did those tiny ambulances go? I need to find my chart in Elite Web. I have lost access to EMS Incidents. What do I do?

If you log in to Elite Web and do not see "Incidents" in the menu bar then you are in "CQI" not "EMS.":

Click "CQI" and "Switch to EMS":

Now you will be able to select "View Existing EMS" to see your incidents:
