My times are not correct. We had a scene flight that turned into an Interfacility Transport. What do I do?

The Communication Center CAD times are based on when they were notified that the scene flight turned into an Interfacility Call.  Those times cannot be changed and have to reflect when they received the call.

The times in your ImageTrend Incident are editable so you can accurately document the correct times based on what actually happened not when you called the Communication Center.

If you were already on-scene from the original call then all of the times from PSAP to arrived on-scene should be the same.
