There are 3 main reasons why you cannot access your CAD data:
1. You are not connected to the internet
2. You have selected the wrong agency when you logged in
3. The date span is not correct
If there are no know issues and you still cannot see your CAD file please submit a ticket.
NOTE: Please remember you can POST your chart without a CAD. This is a good practice so you will not lose any data on the iPad. All that you have to do is satisfy all closed call rules.
