When trying to pull vital signs, EKG, and rhythm strips over from the Zoll Cloud, I get an error message that says “Failed to save incident data. Please close your browser and reload incident.” Despite doing so, I have still been unable to upload my data or save or post my chart. What do I do?

This occurs when the data coming over from Zoll Cloud is not complete (only seconds or minutes in duration).   Please verify your complete case is uploaded to Zoll Cloud and you are accessing that case when you download it into your incident.
