If the glucometer doesn’t give a value because the reading is Hi or Low how do I document the blood glucose reading?

If the glucometer doesn’t give a value because the reading is Hi or Low use the Pertinent Negative “Unable to Complete” and then choose “Hi” or “Low” for Blood Glucose Other.  Also, remember scroll down and answer all related questions in both sections.
